Monthly plans are separate
Starter is free and includes 100 SMS and 100 emails a month. It does not include API access. Essential is €250 a month, with unlimited SMS, unlimited email, validators, link tracking, and API access. Professional is €750 a month and adds scheduled campaigns, webhooks, advanced analytics, automation, and custom branding. Enterprise Pro is €1,250 a month and adds multi-variant campaigns, priority support, full API access, and a dedicated account manager.
New accounts include €50 in free credits, and no credit card is required. Compare them on plans and pricing.
Starter’s 100 SMS a month and the paid plans’ unlimited SMS are account allowances. They do not replace the per-message country table. Use bulk SMS pricing for the network list and plans and pricing for the monthly plan.
Where those rates are used
The bulk SMS platform is where a team validates numbers, picks a sender and route, and schedules the send. The bulk SMS API sends on the same routes with POST /api/v1/sms/send. Provider accounts you connect yourself are listed on SMS providers. Country routing and failover for those providers are set in FlowForge.
