FlowForge is the automated delivery pipeline for SMS and email inside SESender. Operators design a run that ingests recipients, screens them, chooses a route, resolves a template, and sends. The interactive page shows the pipeline, routing, and run status. This summary lists the same capabilities in HTML.
A pipeline is not a separate mailbox or SMS carrier. It uses the senders and providers already connected to the account. SMS providers are listed on SMS providers, and email providers are listed on email providers.
What a pipeline does
The public FlowForge page describes a visual pipeline: ingest, screen, route, template, and send. Ingest accepts recipients and reads custom fields, language, and country. Screening is the pre-send gate: phone and email validation, deduplication, suppression, and frequency caps, so invalid recipients are stopped before the send.
Routing policies match recipients by country, language, or custom segments. A policy can assign a provider chain with failover, round-robin rotation, and per-country blocklists. If a provider in the chain fails, later recipients can move to the next provider in that chain. Segment policies can split the audience by percentage, a conditional filter, or a custom field, and send those segments down different paths.
Template sets store a variant per language. FlowForge reads the language on the recipient and resolves that variant. Links in the message can be tracked on the account’s custom tracking domains, with click stats by country, device, and time. Runs can start from a cron schedule, a one-time trigger, or an API webhook.
What you can see after a run
The landing page describes run analytics for ingested, accepted, sent, failed, delivered, and clicked messages, with a breakdown by provider, country, language, and failure reason. That is the reporting on the FlowForge page, not a promise of a particular delivery rate.
The same sends can be started from the bulk SMS platform or from the bulk SMS API. Email content, domain authentication, and the connected email provider are covered on the bulk email sender page. Affiliate click and postback tracking is covered on email marketing for affiliates.
Plans that include automation
On the plan definitions, automation and scheduled campaigns are off for Starter and Essential. They are included on Professional and Enterprise Pro. Starter remains the free plan with 100 SMS and 100 emails a month and no API access. Essential is €250 a month and includes API access, unlimited SMS, unlimited email, validators, and link tracking, without automation. Professional is €750 a month.
Enterprise Pro is €1,250 a month and adds multi-variant campaigns, priority support, and a dedicated account manager. New accounts include €50 in free credits, and no credit card is required.
See plans and pricing. Per-message SMS rates by country and network stay on bulk SMS pricing. Related pages on this site: the bulk SMS platform, the bulk SMS API, the bulk email sender, email marketing for affiliates, and plans and pricing.
FAQ
Which plans include FlowForge automation?
Professional and Enterprise Pro include automation and scheduled campaigns. Starter and Essential do not. Essential still includes API access, unlimited SMS, unlimited email, validators, and link tracking.
Does FlowForge replace my SMS or email provider?
No. It routes each recipient through a provider connected to the account. Connect SMS providers from SMS providers and email providers from email providers.
Can a pipeline fail over to another provider?
Yes. Routing policies can chain providers with failover and round-robin, and they can block a provider for a country. The landing page describes rerouting remaining recipients to the next provider in the chain when failures are detected.
How do multi-language templates work?
Create a template set with a variant per language. FlowForge uses the language on the recipient and sends that variant. The landing page names this as language resolution from the recipient profile, without a separate campaign per language.
